Client Responsibilities

- Adhere to agreed payment terms and schedules.
Payment & Refunds
- Payment terms are specified in the service agreement or invoice provided before commencement of work.
- All payments are due as outlined; late payments may incur administrative fees.
- Due to the nature of professional and consulting services, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun, except in cases of documented service failure on our part.
Confidentiality
Restored Guard Solutions maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, business operations, and personal information shared during the course of work.
We will not disclose, share, or sell client information to any third party unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, Restored Guard Solutions shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
- Delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., client delays, technology failures, or unforeseen emergencies).
- Business or financial losses resulting from the implementation or non-implementation of recommendations.
Professional Coaching Disclaimer
Our coaching and development services are designed for personal and professional growth and are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
Clients participating in coaching sessions understand that outcomes depend on their personal commitment and engagement.
Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, guides, and digital assets created by Restored Guard Solutions remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for internal purposes.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for completed work and any active billing cycle remain payable upon termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or in the appropriate New Jersey court.
